You will not owe us Finance Charges that accumulate on 90 Day Payment purchases during the 90 Day Payment Plan Delay Period if we receive (a) the required Minimum Amount Due by its Payment Due Date for each Billing Cycle during the Delay Period and (b) the full amount of your 90 Day Payment purchases by the 90 Day Payment Plan Due Date. You can lose benefits of the 90 Day Payment Plan early if you make a late payment. A Delinquency Rate Triggering Event occurs if we do not receive at least the Minimum Amount Due by the Payment Due Date in two consecutive Billing Cycles. Be aware that if you make purchases of $30 or less under the 90 Day Payment Plan in a Billing Cycle, paying the required Minimum Amount Due on your Account may result in your paying these 90 Day Payment purchases in full within 90 days.
